The Curtains Up

Overview

Like one of our other favourites, the Duke of Clarence on the Old Brompton Road, The Curtains Up is a perfect resting spot for the socially active, in search of a mix of banter, ales, sports, quizzes, bloody marys, and filling food with their friends. The kitchen will be open from midday to 3pm and 6.30pm until 10pm all week, with longer hours at the weekend. The menu will have firm favourites such as eggs benedict, fishcakes, salads, sandwiches, fish and chips and rib eye steaks mixed in with daily specials to give the lovers of the Barons Court something to hold on to. We show all the best sporting fixtures whilst bringing wine and plates of hearty food to your table - now that's how to enjoy our national pastime - wishing for a World Cup victory in any sport. The Barons Court theatre will of course still be there, but we hope to make the whole experience even better with interval drinks and meals as well as pre and post Showtime bookings, which can be booked on line or in person.
