The Hat and Tun, Farringdon is situated at 3 Hatton Wall, close to London's famous historical Hatton Garden jewellery district.Doorstep sandwiches such as rare Aberdeen Angus Roast Beef with Horseradish & Rocket and cold Slow Roast Essex Saddleback Pork with Sage & Onion Stuffing & Bramley Apple Sauce are available as bar snacks. Courses come with rustic starters such as Scotch Egg with HP sauce and Pork Pie served with Piccalilli and main courses including hearty meals such as Fish Pie served with Mushy Peas and triple Pork Sausages with Mash & Caramelised Onion Gravy. The Hat and Tun serves a range of bottled beers alongside Fuller's and Adnams draught ales and draught Continental lagers including Hoegaarden, San Miguel and Beck's. An extensive wine list is available with wines from throughout the world. The pub is opened from Monday to Thursday from 11am to 11.30pm and until midnight on Fridays. Although The Hat and Tun is closed at the weekend, the pub is available for private parties until midnight on Saturday and Sunday nights.Food is served weekdays from midday to 12 until with bar snacks available in the evenings.The Hat and Tun is easily reached from Farringdon and Chancery Lane tube stations.
