The Queensbury is a new pub & dining room in Willesden Green, offering a wide selection of drinks and a carefully sourced and prepared menu of bar snacks, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, served in refurbished, stylishly quirky surroundings.

The Queensbury very much retains the atmosphere of a pub, with banquettes and stools around wooden tables illuminated by candles in the evening, and red leather sofas arranged around an open fireplace. There’s a more sophisticated dining area as well as a private room for up to 10, and a large al-fresco terrace for warmer days.

The bar serves beers from Wells & Youngs on tap, as well as Leffe, and a carefully chosen selection of wines, several by the glass. A cocktail menu is also available.

The menus, which change daily, demonstrate care in the sourcing of ingredients and dishes are described as being ‘wholesome and hearty’. There are British bar snacks, and larger appetites can chose from starters such as ham hock terrine; and mains such as beef and Stilton pie with mash. At weekends, a brunch menu is served, as well as a Sunday roast, complete with all the trimmings.
