Farringdon is an historical part of Central London, located between the Smithfield area of Clerkenwell and Hatton Garden and easily reached by tube to Farringdon London Underground station.

The area is home to The Guardian newspaper and is undergoing major redevelopment as a Crossrail station is being planned to accompany its existing Thameslink station.
